Are your parts plug-and-play or is modification required?
Most of the parts we sell are plug-and-play. If any modification is required, it will be clearly stated on the product page.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make a change to or cancel your order. Kindly note that changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed once the order has already been processed.
What happens if I don't like it?
If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we’ll do our best to make it right—customer satisfaction is our top priority. Please contact us immediately if there’s anything wrong with the product, and we’ll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Shipping
Do you ship internationally?
We currently only ship to the U.S. and Canada.
How fast is shipping and delivery?
Typically 1–3 business days. We do our best to ship your order as quickly as possible, but processing times may be longer during high order volume or holiday seasons. The delivery will take another 3-9 business days.
How can I track my order?
You will receive an email containing your tracking information, or you can log in to your account to check your order status.
What should I do if I receive a damaged item?
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and include photos of the damage along with your order number — we’ll arrange a replacement.
Are there duties or import fees for international orders?
All duties and import fees are covered by us, so there will be no additional cost to you.

Do you offer warranties on your products?

How do warranty claims work?

Who pays for return shipping?
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product has a manufacturing defect.
What items are non-returnable?
For quality and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been used, installed, modified, damaged, or returned incomplete. Custom-made or special-order items, clearance/final sale products, and items returned without original packaging or proof of purchase are also non-returnable.
