Shipping policy

Order Processing

Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a shipping notification with tracking information once your order has shipped.


Shipping Coverage & Method

We currently ship only to the United States and Canada.

We offer free shipping on all orders — no additional shipping fees will be charged at checkout.


Import Duty & Taxes

All applicable import duties, taxes, and customs fees are included in your purchase price. You will not be charged any additional fees upon delivery. RidePit covers all import-related costs to ensure a smooth and transparent shopping experience.


Shipping Timeframes

Orders may be shipped from one of two warehouses depending on stock availability:

  • U.S. Warehouse: 2–5 business days
  • Overseas Warehouse: 3–9 business days

You will receive tracking details once your order has been shipped.


Shipping Issues

If your order is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at support@ridepit.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order. RidePit is not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect addresses. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible so we can attempt to update it before the order ships.
