We offer a 90-day return policy. This means you must request a return and ship the item back to us within 90 days of the original order date.
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately at support@ridepit.com if your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product. We'll evaluate the issue and work to make it right.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition you received it—unused, and in its original packaging.
To initiate a return, please email us at support@ridepit.com. If your return is approved, we’ll send you detailed instructions on how to send your package. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Customers may use any available courier of their choice to return the product. However, we strongly recommend using a shipping service with a valid tracking number and keeping the receipt as proof of shipment, as we are not responsible for any lost, delayed, or damaged packages during transit.
Please ensure the item is securely packaged to prevent damage, and include your order number inside the parcel to help us process your return faster. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and any related fees, unless the return is due to a confirmed defective item under our warranty.

The fastest way to get the item you want is to place a new order and return the original item. Once your return is accepted, you can proceed with purchasing the replacement.
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to post the refund.
